Despite not having any rice vinegar, this was really tasty (and spicy if you add the stated amount of pepper flakes in the sauce). I floured each piece of chicken separately so that I could make sure they would be crunchy. It also made a loot of the sauce.

This is one of my favorite meals. It is so easy to make and there are so many variations you can make. For example, I usually use a can of green beans as well as corn. Sometimes instead of a can of broth, I throw in a can of chili with a bit of water. I also add lots of garlic and other spices that aren't called for in the original recipe.
